can't get here fast enough for various reasons but mostly because i'm sooooooo sick of political ads.
tonight i saw an ad for "john stupid doe" (i can't even remember who it was for and what they are running for) that was targeting stupid's opponent in the upcoming election. the ad said that stupid's opponent, who in the past was a public defender, had represented prostitutes and rapists and that no one wanted him representing them as their representative. and i thought to myself...isn't that the job of a public defender to represent those accused of a crimes and should we really hold that against them? i am still annoyed.
