note: i do not know this man. i found this on newsok and it is a good representation of what i woke up to this morning.
i heard a story a couple of weeks ago with this statement "Approximately 40% of schools across the USA have either eliminated or are considering eliminating recess." i wanted to post it because i am appauled...and we wonder why americans are fat and lazy. This website is in response to recess elimination.
i have trained the last few days - monday 45 min - tue 30 min - wed 45 min - today i am resting. i feel like i am in over my head. but i does make me happy to know that i am somewhat prepared. if need be, i could run and walk 13 miles today so i should just relax. what a thought...just relax.
