how do we stop the cycle of consumerism?
can it be stopped?
do we ever really want it to stop?

Your post on the SF shopping sabbatical was actually inspiring to B and I. Though we haven't made that extensive of a commitment, I think being conscientious about what money is spent where is a decent (and safe) starting point. Eating out is always a weakness. One person at a time...
