Trying this again.

I think the "projects" are a metaphore. Check out the song from about 2:15 through around 2:35. I think the projects in this construct are not about people without money, but people outside of the wierd power structure Bush has, if not created, set to warp speed. Corporations, the Industrial Military Complex and a few gazziliionares are on top, all others...ghetto.

Thanks for posting that. It was thought provoking. It's like the modern version of 60's protest poetry. You will now however, be listed as an enimy combatant. Welcome.
